Rafael McMaster is a creative director, artist, author, and youth mental health advocate dedicated to empowering young people through mindfulness and creativity. Rafael shifted from a successful career in the creative/entertainment industry to founding Indivisible Arts, a 501(c)(3)nonprofit that equips youth with tools for emotional resilience and self-expression. As the Executive Director of Indivisible Arts, he is also the Founder of the creative lab RSN located in Hermosa Beach, as well as the South Bay Artist Collective. His work blends mentorship, mindfulness, and the arts to support youth facing adversity. 

Rafael is the author of FundaMentaLife Tools (2025), a practical guide to emotional well-being based on his nonprofit’s acclaimed Creative Wisdom Tools curriculum.  Rafael works with public schools in the South Bay through teacher trainings, curriculum development, and advanced sports / athlete mentorship in addition to the after school programming hosted at Resin and Indivisible Arts. 

Co-written through years of collaboration with a community of conscious youth, the FundaMentalife Tools offers a hands-on toolkit for emotional well-being rooted in the same practices that have empowered youth through Indivisible Arts’ youth platform StreamOfConsciousness.life. Whether he's coaching individuals to turn pain into power or guiding teens through transformative creative practices, Rafael brings heart and visionary thinking to conversations about healing, growth, and the future of mental health.
